Woodruff keys are semi-circular keys that are commonly used for mechanical applications. It fits in a half-moon shaped slot, in a shaft, leaving the flat side of the tab exposed. They are designed not to function when excessive force is placed on the shaft, used for mechanical applications.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
