Tip: If you replace the carbon brush with a new one, it is found that the carbon brush has been worn or half worn within a few minutes or hours of use, indicating that your shaft rotor is in off-normal working state, and you need to replace the shaft rotor in time.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
