How to use:
Plugs directly into the IR IN port on the back of the cable box, set-top box, etc. Stick the infrared emitter head to the side of the IR sensor, do not cover it, otherwise, the remote control will be insensitive.
Note:
1.Please confirm whether the set-top box has an infrared interface and confirm the size of the infrared interface.
2.Be sure to mount the IR receiver with a straight line-of-sight to your remote.
3.The jack of our this cable is 2.5mm, it's only for the 2.5mm IR jack.
4.The maximum voltage should not exceed 6V (applicable range: 3.3-5.5V).
4.How to know which size of your IR port:
Usually, the port of your cell phone is 3.5mm, so you just could fit the earphone jack to confirm the size of your IR port. If the jack is smaller than your cell phone jack, then the port is 2.5mm, and our cable will fit for your IR extender.

The return process

Contact our Customer Service via email info@harfington.com or website, prepare the proof of purchase and the reason of return.
For wholesale orders, please contact directly wholesale@harfington.com for faster service.
2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.
Matters needing attention
All returned items should include the following:
• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)
• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.
*Return Policy Exceptions
1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.
2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
3.For orders above $50 or orders except for the United States, return shipping fee is not responsible by the Harfington, you can use your shipping method and at your own cost.
4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.
5.Defective Items or Wrong Items.If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it
6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.
7.Larger Items.Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
8.For non-quality issues(such as personal reason), customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
9.For wholesale orders, due to the special discount, 30% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded. Any questions about order cancelation, please contact us.
