Made of premium tungsten carbide, the router bits have excellent hardness, sufficient bending strength, wear resistance, durability, and good milling and cutting performance to ensure high working efficiency. Carbide ensures the bits can withstand the high speed and high stress requirements of CNC machining.
The blue coating on end mills increases hardness, reduces friction and heat, improves lubricity, and protects bits from rust and corrosion. Provides longer tool life, higher wear resistance, smoother chip evacuation and better chip flow during milling. The surface is quite clean, neat, and no glitches.
The cnc bits are suitable for processing PCB, plastic, wood, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, great for precision milling, profiling, grooving, engraving and other CNC machining operations. The cutting edges ensure clean cuts, precise dimensions, and minimal vibration.
The router bits are used on CNC machines, precision engraving and milling machines, and other high-speed machines. When inserting the router bit into the collet, make sure it is securely seated and tightened. Correct adjustment of cutting speed and feed rate is very important for efficient and accurate cutting.
Ensure effective cooling and chip removal during cutting. Replace the bit as needed to maintain optimal cutting performance. Clean the bit regularly to remove any built-up debris, resin or material residue. Always prioritize safety when working with CNC router bits. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
