- 1. Decide which part you want to insulate first: car roof, car floor, car doors or a hood.
- 2. Remove the panels. Properly clean and degrease the surface prior to installation of mat.
- 3. Measure the pre-cleaned surface of the prospective spot that you are going to treat.
- 4. Try to locate the piece of material onto the prospective surface of a car without removing an adhesive paper.
- 5. When your sheet is ready to used, lay that down to the surface. Flatten the sheet with hands to avoid air bubbles. Then use a roller tools will make insulation materials and sheet metal firm fit.
- 1. Do not cover the chassis wiring or air holes when you installation.
- 2. Appropriate use of adhesive tape will strengthen connections effect.
- 3. It would be best to wear the gloves when working.
- 4. You could heat it to make it soft, then compacted by hand.
- 5. According to the effect you want choose construction program, only single soundproof, damping plate or single heat noise insulation cotton or both them.

2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.
Matters needing attention
All returned items should include the following:
• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)
• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.
*Return Policy Exceptions
1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.
2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
3.For orders above $50 or orders except for the United States, return shipping fee is not responsible by the Harfington, you can use your shipping method and at your own cost.
4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.
5.Defective Items or Wrong Items.If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it
6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.
7.Larger Items.Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
8.For non-quality issues(such as personal reason), customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
9.For wholesale orders, due to the special discount, 30% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded. Any questions about order cancelation, please contact us.
